Cancellations 

I understand that life happens! I kindly ask that any appointments needing to be cancelled within 48 hours of the time that is reserved for you. If a reserved appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, 40% of the reserved service will be charged and is non refundable and does not go towards a future appointment.

Late Arrivals and No Call/No Show

If you are running late to your appointment, no problem! Please send Rileigh a text if you will be 5 or more minutes late. If Rileigh does not hear from you 15 minutes past your reserved time, you will receive a text ensuring you are safe. If you are 15 or more minutes late, there may not be time for all services that are wanted. 40% of the services missed will still be charged. An appointment is considered a No Show after 20 minutes and will be charged 40% of services and is non refundable and cannot go towards a future appointment.

Adjustments

I strive to give all of my guests the hair of their dreams! If any minor tweaking is needed, please contact me within 5daysof your reserved appointment time.

Additional Guests

I kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your reserved time. There are too many hot tools and chemicals that aren't safe for little hands! Animals are also not able to accompany you at the reserved appointment.
