New Guest Welcome Letter
Welcome to Blonde Ave. Salon! I am looking forward to meeting you and giving you the hair of your dreams. Everything in this letter will also be emailed to you after booking your first appointment. Everything you will need to know about prior to your appointment will be in here. It’s also great to look back on later if needed.
I begin every appointment with a consultation. I believe this is an important, necessary step in every appointment. Above all, I believe that price transparency is of utmost importance. I will fill out a Recommendation Form that is specific to you and what we discussed in our consultation. All of this information will be transferred to your Guest Profile so we can easily go back and see what was discussed.
Complimentary water, coffee and La Croix will be available at each visit. If you prefer, you can most definitely bring your own beverage.
The Blonde Ave. Salon Experience
The parking lot in front of Sola Salons is open to the public. There is also parking around the left side of the building. Once you arrive at Sola Salons, I am located in studio number 16. There is also a Studio Directory at the main door entrance if needed. If for some reason the front door of Sola Salons is locked, please search the directory for Rileigh Johnston and it
will ping my phone and I will unlock the door for you.
The door to my studio will be opened upon your arrival. If I am still with a guest, there are chairs outside my door for your comfort. Restrooms are available for everyone inside of Sola Salons. If you want to use the restroom prior to your appointment, the code is 3214, then press enter.
A scalp massage with a hot towel will complete every shampoo. I spray the hot towels with essential oils to create a relaxing environment and to put your mind at ease. The same oils are diffused in the salon.
All major credit cards are accepted for your convenience.
